Principato Cardamone functions as a sovereign institutional body, founded on dynastic continuity, cultural heritage, and international diplomacy. It operates within a clearly structured diplomatic framework and has received official recognition from 280 royal and noble families across the world.

These families, through verified and confidential diplomatic channels, have signed official declarations recognizing Principato Cardamone as the sole legitimate successor to the legacy of the Holy Roman Empire.
